Artist Statement
I am a theatrologist by education, interested in anthropological scenes that appear in the course of history:
first human in a cave paints on a wall, and now me, as an artist, publish art on the walls of your social networks. And in both cases, it is about ritual, education, culture, sense of security and exaltation of life.
I research archaic values and looking for commons between us moderns and us ancients. That is why I make my cave art paintings, in which symbols from different historical periods and cultures are dancing in a chaos, unleashed from the Egg, Pandora's Box, or the Big Bang.
I like to add ironic elements, because this is our life now: in order to survive in chaos, you need to find common ground and build new associations, make a mosaic of artefacts of our presence on this Earth. It is not only about the culture of some nations, it is also about where we come from and where we are going next as a human being.
